煅烧温度对TiO_(2)/三聚氰胺整体材料光催化性能的影响

摘  要:以三聚氰胺海绵(MS)为载体,采用浸渍煅烧法将TiO_(2)负载于三聚氰胺海绵上,制备了TiO_(2)/MS(TM)整体型光催化材料。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外及紫外-可见漫反射等方法对材料进行了表征,考察了煅烧温度对TM整体型材料性能的影响。结果表明:当煅烧温度为500℃时,所得材料整体性好,TiO_(2)均匀负载在MS骨架上,增强了TiO_(2)的分散程度和光照利用率,在120min内可降解99.4%的亚甲基蓝。该材料具有较好的重复使用性,在使用中无需搅拌且容易回收,具有实际应用潜力。In this paper,the monolithic TiO_(2)/MS(TM)photocatalytic materials were prepared using melamine sponge(MS)as support by loading TiO_(2) on MS through impregnation-calcination method.The material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,infrared and UV-visible diffuse reflection,and the effect of calcination temperature on the properties of the TM material was investigated.The results showed that when the calcination temperature was 500℃,the prepared material exhibited overall integrity,TiO_(2) was uniformly loaded on the MS skeleton,and the dispersion degree and light utilization rate of TiO_(2) were enhanced.The degradation rate for methylene blue could reach 99.4%within 120 min.This material had good reusability,did not require stirring during use,and was easy to recycle,which had practical application potential.
