摘  要:玉米秸秆作为一种稳定的天然材料,在广大农村闲置而未得到有效利用。以玉米秸秆为研究材料,通过在其表面负载纳米Fe_(3)O_(4),引入十二烷基硫醇修饰后显示出超疏水/超亲油特性。分别通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和接触角测定仪对磁性的超疏水玉米秸秆进行了表征。结果表明:其表面的粗糙结构大大增加,纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)负载良好,同时,其表面对水的接触角达154°,油滴接触角为0°。利用其对水和油极端相反的润湿性,可将其很好地应用于水中油污的吸附及分离,吸附分离效率达88%。同时吸油和保油性测试结果显示,磁性超疏水玉米秸秆对油污的吸附量为自身5倍以上,并具有优异的保油性。此外,循环实验表明,在经过10次循环实验后,油污去除性能和磁性未发生较大变化,材料稳定性较好。相关研究有望为玉米秸秆的资源化利用及磁性油污吸附去除材料的制备提供借鉴。Corn stover,as a stable natural material,is idle and not effectively utilized in vast rural areas.In this paper,corn stover was used as a research material,and it showed superhydrophobic/superoleophilic properties by loading nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) on its surface and introducing dodecyl mercaptan modification.The magnetic superhydrophobic corn stover was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,and contact angle measurement,respectively.The results showed that the rough structure of the surface was greatly increased,with good loading of nano-Fe_(3)O_(4),while the contact angle of the surface reached 154°for water and 0°for oil droplets.Using its extreme opposite wettability to water and oil,it could be well applied to the adsorption and separation of oil in water,with an adsorption and separation efficiency of 88%.Meanwhile,the oil adsorption and oil retention test results revealed that the magnetic superhydrophobic corn stover adsorbed more than five times as much oil as itself and had excellent oil retention.In addition,the cycling experiments demonstrated that the oil removal performance and magnetic properties did not change significantly after 10 cycles of tests,and the material stability was good.This study is expected to provide a reference for the resource utilization of corn stover and the preparation of magnetic oil adsorption and removal materials.
