摘  要:原位反应TiB_(2)/Cu涂层由于具有硬度高、耐磨损、耐腐蚀及高温性能稳定等特点,而广泛应用于生产机械零件及表面修复。随着以资源有效利用和机械产品再制造为一体的可持续发展战略不断推进,这类涂层将拥有更为广阔的应用前景。结合原位反应TiB_(2)/Cu涂层目前的研究现状,分析了原位反应TiB_(2)/Cu涂层的制备方法现状及存在的问题,研究了原位反应TiB_(2)/Cu涂层的导电性能,指出了未来原位反应TiB_(2)/Cu涂层制备技术中应重点关注的方面。In-situ reactive TiB_(2)/Cu composite coatings are widely used in the production of mechanical parts and surface repair due to their high hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability and other characteristics.With the continuous promotion of the sustainable development strategy integrating the effective use of resources and the remanufacturing of mechanical products,such coatings will have a broader application prospect.Combined with the current research status of in-situ reactive TiB_(2)/Cu coatings,we analyzed the current state of in-situ reactive TiB_(2)/Cu coating preparation methods and existing problems,studied the electrical conductivity of in-situ reactive TiB_(2)/Cu coatings,and pointed out the aspects that should be focused on in the future of in-situ reactive TiB_(2)/Cu coating preparation technology.
