摘 要:目前,普遍使用的湿法缠绕树脂的耐高温性能不足,制备的碳纤维复合材料难以满足新一代武器装备对性能的需求。通过采用多官能度芳香族环氧树脂作为基体,添加环氧基多面体聚倍半硅氧烷(EPOSS)形成有机-无机杂化网络结构,实现了在保证固体火箭发动机碳纤维缠绕壳体工艺性的同时,还显著提高了湿法缠绕树脂的玻璃化转变温度,具备较高的应用价值。结果表明:在EPOSS添加量为环氧组分的7.5%时湿法缠绕树脂具备最高的耐热性,其玻璃化转变温度高达230℃,能够满足某型号固体火箭发动机壳体的性能需求。At present,the commonly used wet winding resins have insufficient high-temperature resistance,and the prepared carbon fiber composites are difficult to meet the performance demands of new generation weaponry.In this paper,by using multifunctional aromatic epoxy resin as matrix and adding epoxy-based polyhedral polysesquioxane(EPOSS)to form an organic-inorganic hybrid network structure,the glass transition temperature of the wet winding resin is significantly improved while ensuring the processability of the carbon fiber winding shells of the solid rocket motors,which is of high application value.The results showed that when the addition amount of EPOSS was 7.5wt.%of the epoxy component,the wet winding resin had the highest heat resistance,and its glass transition temperature was as high as 230℃,which could meet the performance requirements of a certain type of solid rocket motor shell.
