摘 要:废旧纺织品的回收再利用对资源的合理利用、降低污染排放有重要意义,是建立低碳环保型社会的重要内容。利用尿素碱溶液溶解废旧棉织物提取棉纤维素(WCC),将纤维素与碳点(CDs)复合经过溶液交联和冷冻干燥制备抗菌和力学性能良好的废棉纤维素复合碳点(WCC/CDs)新型气凝胶。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、平板菌落计数、万能材料试验机等方法对WCC/CDs复合气凝胶的微观结构、分子结构、抗菌性能和力学性能进行表征和分析。结果表明:WCC/CDs复合气凝胶的表观密度为0.111g/cm^(3),且具有三维网络结构;其中CDs含量为8%时,WCC/CDs复合气凝胶对E.coli和S.aureus的抗菌率几乎达到100%,其杨氏模量达到106.08kPa,提升了407.04%,不仅赋予WCC气凝胶优异的抗菌性能,而且增强了其抵抗形变的能力,从而拓宽废棉气凝胶的应用领域,为废棉回收的高附加值再利用提供了一条新途径。The recycling of waste textiles is important to make rational use of resource and reduce the pollution emissions,and it is an important aspect of establishing a low-carbon and environmentally friendly society.Cotton cellulose(WCC)was extracted by dissolving waste cotton fabrics with urea alkali solution,and the cellulose was compounded with carbon dots(CDs)to prepare a new type of waste cotton cellulose composite carbon dots(WCC/CDs)aerogel with good antibacterial and mechanical properties by the solution cross-linking and freeze-drying method.The microstructure,molecular structure,antibacterial and mechanical properties of the WCC/CDs composite aerogel were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,plate colony counting,and universal material testing machine.The results showed that,the apparent density of WCC/CDs composite aerogel was 0.111g/cm^(3),and it had a three-dimensional network structure.Among them,when the content of CDs was 8%,the antibacterial rate of WCC/CDs composite aerogel against E.coli and S.aureus was almost 100%,and its Young's modulus reached 106.08kPa,which was improved by 407.04%.The addition of CDs not only endowed the WCC aerogel with excellent antibacterial property,but also enhanced the ability to resist deformation,thereby expanding the application fields of waste cotton aerogel and providing a new way for high value-added reuse of waste cotton recycling.
