摘  要:以棉织物为基底,利用纤维素纳米晶(CNC)构建微观粗糙结构,并使用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)进行低表面能改性,制备了超疏水CNC/PDMS@棉织物。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪、接触角测量仪对CNC/PDMS@棉织物的结构、表面形貌、化学组成及水接触角进行表征和测量,研究了CNC和PDMS含量对CNC/PDMS@棉织物疏水性能的影响。结果表明:CNC/PDMS@棉织物表面具有明显的微观粗糙结构,有利于超疏水表面的构建;当PDMS质量分数为4%,CNC质量分数为4.5%时,CNC/PDMS@棉织物的水接触角可达156.7°;砂纸摩擦20次后,CNC/PDMS@棉织物水接触角仍超过150°,CNC/PDMS@棉织物具有优异的自清洁、拒水抗污性能及良好的耐磨性。Superhydrophobic CNC/PDMS@cotton fabrics were prepared using cotton fabrics as a substrate by constructing a microscopic rough structure using cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)and low surface energy modification using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).The structure,surface morphology,chemical composition and water contact angle of CNC/PDMS@cotton fabrics were characterised and measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry,and contact angle measurement,and the effects of CNC and PDMS contents on the hydrophobicity of CNC/PDMS@cotton fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the surface of CNC/PDMS@cotton fabric had an obvious microscopic rough structure,which was conducive to the construction of superhydrophobic surfaces.When the mass fraction of PDMS was 4%and the mass fraction of CNC was 4.5%,the water contact angle of CNC/PDMS@cotton fabric was 156.7°.After 20 times of sandpaper rubbing,the water contact angle of CNC/PDMS@cotton fabric remained above 150°,and CNC/PDMS@cotton fabrics had excellent self-cleaning,water-repellent and dirt-repellent properties and good abrasion resistance.
