摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调研、逻辑分析等方法,探讨新《体育法》背景下全国性单项体育协会治理的制度调适诉求与使然路径,为推进协会的良法善治提供资鉴。单项体育协会治理的制度调适诉求表征为赋权平衡、互嵌合作、提供保障、化解矛盾等层面。单项体育协会治理的制度调适使然路径:确立谦抑合作、保障权利、风险防控的治理新理念;根据新《体育法》的规制性要求,体育行政部门对单项体育协会进行制度性的治理赋权;单项体育协会采用自主修订协会章程、建立标准规范制度等形式自我赋权;单项体育协会依法增设自律委员会和内部纠纷调解委员会,形成权责清晰、分权制衡、协同配合的组织结构;完善单项体育协会的自律制度和纠纷调解制度,增强协会治理的科学性和有效性。By using the methods of literature,field research and logical analysis,this paper discusses the demands and causes of institutional adjustment of the governance of national individual sports associations under the background of the new Sports Law,so as to providea reference for promoting the good law and good governance of national sports associations.The demands for institutional adjustment of the governance of individual sports associations are represented as empowerment balance,coop-eration,providing security,resolving contradictions and other levels.The path of institutional adjustment of individual sports associations'governance is to establish new governance concepts of modest cooperation,rights protection,risk prevention and control;According to the regulatory requirements of the new Sports Law,the sports administrative department gives institution-al governance power to individual sports associations.Individual sports associations are empowered by revising their articles of association and establishing standards and regulations.In accordance with the law,individual sports associations set up self-discipline committees and internal dispute mediation committees to form an organizational structure with clear powers and re-sponsibilities,separation of powers and checks and balances,and coordination;Improve the self-regulation system and dispute mediation system of individual sports associations,and enhance the scientific and effective governance of associations.
