摘 要:为了探讨锻炼动机对大学生积极情绪的影响机制,考察锻炼坚持在锻炼动机与积极情绪之间的中介作用,以及领悟社会支持对这一中介作用的调节效应。采用锻炼动机量表、积极情绪量表、锻炼坚持性问卷和领悟社会支持量表,对855名大学生进行测量,运用SPSS26.0和R语言进行中介效应与调节效应分析。结果显示:(1)锻炼动机对大学生积极情绪有显著的正向预测作用。(2)锻炼坚持在锻炼动机与积极情绪之间发挥部分中介作用。(3)“锻炼动机—锻炼坚持—积极情绪”这条中介路径的前后半段都受到领悟社会支持水平的调节,即当大学生领悟社会支持水平较高时,锻炼动机对锻炼坚持的促进作用较强,同时锻炼坚持对积极情绪的正向影响也会增强。得出结论:锻炼动机不但可以直接正向作用于积极情绪,也可以通过提高大学生的锻炼坚持性来增加积极情绪,且领悟社会支持水平较高的大学生效果更明显。To explore the effect mechanism of exercise motivation on positive emotions in college students,and to investigate the mediatingeffect of exercise persistence between exercise motivation and positive emotions,and the moderatingeffect of perceived social support on this mediatingeffect.Methods:855 college students were measured by the exercise motivation scale,positive emotion scale,exercise persistence questionnaire and perceptive social support scale.SPSS 26.0 and R language were used to analyze the mediatingeffect and moderatingeffect.Results:(1)Exercise motivation had a significant positive predictive effect on college students positive emotions.(2)Exercise persistence partially mediates the relationship between exercise motivation and positive emotion.(3)The first and second half of the mediatingpath of“exercise motivation-exercise persistence-positive emotion”are regulated by perceived social support level,that is,when the perceived social support level is high,exercise motivation has a stronger promotingeffect on exercise persistence,and the positive effect of exercise persistence on positive emotion will also be enhanced.Conclusion:Exercise motivation can not only directly affect positive emotions,but also increase positive emotions by promotingexercise persistence in college students,and the effect is more obvious in college students with higher levels of perceived social support.
