摘  要:针对转炉炼钢过程中控制依赖人工经验,不同炉次产品差异较大等问题,对新一代副枪及转炉智能化炼钢技术进行了介绍。该技术通过先进的智能控制模型和监测系统,实现从冶炼到出钢的全流程智能化控制,显著提升生产效率和产品质量,降低原材料和能源消耗,缩短冶炼周期,提高企业经济效益。In light of the issues such as the control in the converter steelmaking process being highly dependent on manual experience and significant variations in product quality among different furnace heats,this paper presents an introduction to One-click intelligent steelmaking technology based on the new generation sub lance.This technology realizes the full-process intelligent control from smelting to tapping through advanced intelligent control models and monitoring systems,significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality,reducing raw material and energy consumption,shortening the smelting cycle,and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
