新疆地区某污水处理厂提标改造工艺设计实例分析

摘  要:新疆地区某污水处理厂处理规模为4.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,结合污水处理厂运行存在的问题和排放标准的提高,需进行提标改造。TN、TP、SS等的去除是提标改造的关键,主要对原Bardenpho生物池工艺内回流、搅拌及曝气设施进行改造,并增设精细格栅及调节池预处理工艺、气浮池和均质石英砂滤料滤池深度处理工艺。提标改造工程建成运行以来,运行状况满足设计要求,出水水质COD、BOD _(5)、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP均稳定达到一级A排放标准。The sewage treatment plant in Xinjiang has a treatment capacity of 4.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Considering the existing problems in the operation of the sewage treatment plant and the improvement of discharge standards,it is necessary to carry out upgrading and renovation.The removal of TN,TP,SS,etc.is the key to the upgrading and transformation.The main focus is on the renovation of the reflux,stirring,and aeration facilities in the original Bardenpho biological tank process,as well as the addition of fine grids and regulating tank pretreatment processes,air flotation tanks,and deep treatment processes for homogeneous quartz sand filter media.Since the completion and operation of the upgrading and renovation project,the operating conditions have met the design requirements,and the effluent quality COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP have all stabilized and met the Class A discharge standards.
