摘 要:通过改造升级20 L球粉尘爆炸测试装置实现加热与电点火功能,试验研究了环境温度对单相烟草粉尘及烟草粉尘-酒精蒸气两相体系爆炸特性的影响规律。结果表明:单相烟草粉尘最大爆炸压力受环境温度的影响较小,最大压力上升速率随温度的升高几乎呈线性增长趋势;最小点燃能量对环境温度的变化相对敏感,随环境温度的升高而降低。烟草粉尘-酒精蒸气两相体系的最大爆炸压力与最大压力上升速率均随环境温度的升高而增大,低温阶段增幅尤为明显;最小点燃能量随环境温度的升高而降低,下降幅度相对较小,但均低于单相烟草粉尘。研究结论对烟草加工行业烟草粉尘的爆炸防控具有重要的指导意义。The effects of ambient temperature on the explosion characteristics of single-phase tobacco dust and tobacco dust-alcohol vapor two-phase system were studied experimentally by upgrading the 20L ball dust explosion test device to realize the heating and electric ignition functions.The results show that the maximum explosion pressure of single-phase tobacco dust was little affected by ambient temperature,and the maximum pressure rise rate increases linearly with the increase of temperature.The minimum ignition energy was relatively sensitive to the change of ambient temperature,and decreases with the increase of ambient temperature.There was a critical temperature jump interval.The maximum explosion pressure and maximum pressure rise rate of tobacco dust-alcohol vapor two-phase system increase with the increase of ambient temperature,especially at low temperature stage.The minimum ignition energy decreases with the increase of ambient temperature,and the decrease was relatively small,but it was lower than single-phase tobacco dust.The conclusions were of great significance for the prevention and control of tobacco dust explosion in tobacco processing industry.
