摘 要:家用空气净化器用滤筒的阻力大小是影响家用空气净化器性能的核心指标之一,但由于家用空气净化器用滤筒的特点,导致其在常规阻力测试过程中出现异常。通过使用不同的阻力测试方法,对比测试家用空气净化器用滤筒与常规通风管道用滤筒的阻力情况,揭示家用空气净化器用滤筒在阻力测试中,阻力与风量关系不合理的现象,说明常规的滤筒阻力测试方法不完全适用于家用空气净化器用滤筒。同时提出一种新的针对家用空气净化器用滤筒的阻力测试方法,实测表明该方法能避免不合理结果的产生,更适用于家用空气净化器用滤筒的阻力检测。The resistance of the cartridge filter used in household air cleaner is one of the core indicators that affect the performance of household air cleaner.Due to the characteristics of the cartridge filter used in household air cleaner,it appears abnormal in the routine resistance test.In this paper,different resistance test methods are used to test the resistance of the cartridge filter for household air cleaner and the cartridge filter for air duct.By comparing the test results,the unreasonable relationship between the resistance and the air volume in the resistance test is revealed,indicating that the conventional resistance test method of the cartridge filter is not completely suitable for the cartridge filter for household air cleaner.Furthermore,a new resistance testing method for cartridge filter used in household air cleaner is proposed,and actual testing shows that this method can avoid unreasonable results and is more suitable for detecting the resistance of cartridge filter used in household air cleaner.
