浅谈金刚砂耐磨地坪施工质量的控制

摘　　要：金刚砂耐磨地坪的材料是由颗粒级配的矿物合金骨料、特种水泥、掺合料以及外加剂组成,在混凝土初凝前均匀地撒布在混凝土表面、待混凝土达到设计强度后,进行打磨加工使其与混凝土地面形成一个整体,以增强混凝土地面的耐磨性、耐冲击性,能够极大程度地提高混凝土的密度,使其减少起尘,进而增加了地面的防油性,形成了一个高密度、易清洁、抗渗透的地面。其与混凝土地面一起施工具有施工工期短、比硬化地面起尘少、耐冲击性更好的优点,而且对防静电具有一定的效果。在工业厂房、码头、公用建筑及住宅建筑中金刚砂耐磨地坪的使用非常广泛。阐述了金刚砂耐磨地坪施工阶段对其质量进行的控制。Emery wear-resistant floor is composed of granular mineral alloy aggregate,special cement,admixture and additives,evenly spread on the surface of concrete before the initial setting,and grinding processing after the concrete reaches strength,so that it forms a whole with the concrete floor,enhancing the wear resistance and impact resistance of the concrete floor.It greatly improves the density of concrete,reduces dust,increases the oil resistance of the ground,and forms a high-density,easy to clean,and anti-penetration floor.It is constructed together with the concrete floor,which has the advantages of short period,less dust than the non-metallic hardened ground,better impact resistance,and the anti-static effect.The use of emery wear-resistant floor is very widespread in industrial plants,docks,public buildings and residential buildings.This paper focuses on the quality control in the construction stage.
