摘　　要：根据水利部提出的“大力推进数字孪生流域建设,积极推动新阶段水利高质量发展”的要求,水利行业积极在全行业推行工程数字化建设。数字化管理系统作为工程数字化建设的重要工具,其开发运行的质量必将会对工程管理效率造成较大的影响。阐述了为实现亭子口灌区工程项目管理系统的高质量开发,对所出现质量问题的产生原因展开的分析,提出了有针对性的改进对策与实施方案,成功地解决了该系统开发效率不高的问题,所取得的经验可为后续数字化管理系统的开发借鉴与参考。According to the requirements of the Ministry of Water Conservancy“vigorously promoting the construction of digital twin river basins and actively promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage”,the water conservancy industry actively promotes the digital construction of projects throughout the industry.As an important tool for the construction of the engineering digitalization,the quality of the development and operation of the digital management system will inevitably have a great impact on the efficiency of project management.The reasons for the quality of the system the author are analyzed to realize the high-quality development of the intelligent construction management system of Tingzikou Irrigation Area,and a targeted improvement of countermeasures and implementation plans are proposed,successfully solving the problem of low development efficiency of the system.Provide reference for the development of the subsequent digital management system.
