基　　金：甘肃医学院2022年度校级科研项目“中西医护理联合KAP认知干预对肠造口患者造口并发症的研究”(GY-2022ZK015)。

摘　　要：分析中西医护理联合KAP认知干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响。选取某省级三级甲等医院80例肠造口患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用中西医护理联合KAP认知干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组出院后1个月知识、态度、行为、生活质量及出院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月造口并发症的发生率。结果表明,中西医护理联合KAP认知干预能够提高造口患者的自我护理能力,减少造口并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,但出院后的延续护理需要加强,使患者的生活质量得到持续改善。To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with KAP cognitive intervention on the quality of life of patients with enterostomy.80 patients with enterostomy in a provincial Grade-A hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with KAP cognitive intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The knowledge,attitude,behavior,quality of life,and enterostomy complications at discharge,1 month after discharge,and 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing with KAP cognitive intervention can improve the self-care ability of enterostomy patients,reduce the occurrence of enterostomy complications,and improve their quality of life.However,the continuity of care after discharge needs to be strengthened to continuously improve the quality of life of patients.
