摘　　要：目的 了解护理专业学生(以下简称护生)对临终关怀的认知程度及其影响因素,为广西开展临终关怀本土化教育、培养更多的护理专业人才提供可行性建议。方法 采取方便抽样对广西某高等医学院校439名护生进行问卷调查。结果 护生临终关怀知识得分(11.917±1.882)分,有57.2%的护生表示将来愿意从事临终关怀相关工作。单因素方差分析显示,性别、有无直面失去亲人的经历是影响临终关怀态度的因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、学历、年级对临终关怀知识得分有影响(P<0.05)。结论 该高校护生对临终关怀的认知程度尚佳,大部分护生对临终关怀的发展以及从事相关工作持较为乐观的态度。Objective To learn nursing students'cognitive level and influencing factors towards hospice care,and provide feasible suggestions to carry out localized hospice care education and cultivate more nursing professionals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods A convenient sampling survey was conducted on 439 nursing students from a medical university in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Results The score of hospice care knowledge among nursing students was(11.917±1.882)score,and 57.2%of nursing students expressed their willingness to engage in hospice care related work in the future.Univariate analysis of variance showed that gender and whether experienced of losing families or not were factors affecting hospice care attitudes(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,and grade had an impact on the score of hospice care knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing students in this university have a good learning of hospice care,and most of them hold a relatively optimistic attitude towards the development of hospice care and related work.
