摘 要:了解老年医学科和医养结合机构护士在紧缺人才培训期间的真实感受,为完善和制订老年医学科和医养结合机构护士培训方案提供参考依据,以提升培训的效果与质量。结果表明,老年医学紧缺人才培训有助于提升护士的业务水平,提升其自身价值感,但需进一步完善培训方案,以提升培训效果与质量。To learn the real feelings of nurses in geriatric medicine department and medical care integration institutions during the training of shortage personnel,and to provide a reference basis for the improvement and formulation of the training program for nurses in geriatric medicine department and medical care integration institutions,so as to improve the effectiveness and quality of the training.The results show that the training of geriatric medicine shortage personnel can help to improve the nurses'business level and their sense of self-worth,but it is necessary to further improve the training program in order to enhance the training effect and quality.
