摘  要:根结线虫病是农业生产中的常见病害,严重影响作物的生长和产量。淡紫紫孢菌是一类重要的生防真菌,可寄生根结线虫、孢囊线虫等多种植物线虫。本文研究了日光温室条件下淡紫紫孢菌在番茄根际和根内的定殖能力,测定了淡紫紫孢菌分生孢子和微菌核制剂及其复合制剂对番茄根结线虫病的防治效果。结果表明,3种菌剂施用30 d后在番茄根际和根内均可检测到淡紫紫孢菌,各处理根内的菌含量可达到100 cfu/g。淡紫紫孢菌制剂对番茄根结线虫病表现出良好的防控作用,施用后90 d防效均在75%以上,其中,高浓度微菌核制剂(含量6000 MS/g)效果最佳,达到87.27%,土壤中线虫数量减少96.0%。此外,施用淡紫紫孢菌和淡紫紫孢菌-粉红螺旋聚孢霉复合菌剂(m/m=2∶1)还可以显著促进番茄生长,增加叶面积,提高番茄产量17.9%~41.3%。本研究为淡紫紫孢菌生防产品的开发利用提供了理论依据,对植物线虫病害的高效绿色防控具有重要的意义。Root-knot nematode disease is common in agricultural production,which seriously affects the growth and yield of crops.Purpureocillium lilacinum is one of the most important biocontrol fungi,which is capable of parasitizing various important plant-parasitic nematodes such as root-knot nematodes and cyst nematodes.The colonization ability of P.lilacinum in the rhizosphere and root of tomato was investigated in facility greenhouse,and the control effects of P.lilacinum conidia,microsclerotia and its compound formulations on tomato root-knot nematodes were determined.The results showed that P.lilacinum could been detected in the rhizosphere and roots of tomato 30 d after applying three kinds of the agents,and the fungal concentrations in the roots reached 100 cfu/g.Control efficacy against tomato root-knot nematode was greater than 75%in all treatments of P.lilacinum 90 d after applying,among which the microsclerotia preparation(6000 MS/g)had the highest efficacy of 87.27%,and the nematode density in the soil decreased by 96.0%.In addition,the P.lilacinum preparations and P.lilacinum-Clonostachys rosea multiple microbial agent(m/m=2∶1)significantly promoted plant growth and increased leaf area,while the tomato yields increased by 17.9%to 41.3%.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the biocontrol products of P.lilacinum,and it is of great significance to the management of plant nematodes.
