摘  要:为保证秸秆打捆后其运输质量的稳定性,需要对压缩成捆后的秸秆表面进行缠网或包膜作业。对秸秆方捆打捆机的缠网机构进行设计及研究,研制一种方捆秸秆缠网机构,可实现秸秆在出捆过程中的自动缠网,其包含输送机构、压缩机构、缠网机构。重点阐述该机构的工作原理及工作过程,利用三维软件建模并做出样机进行田间试验。结果表明:该机器作业稳定、性能良好、结构稳定,各项打捆指标符合使用要求。对开启缠网功能前后打捆机的草捆成捆率、规则草捆率、抗摔率和草捆密度进行测试,其成捆率为99.4%,规则草捆率为98%,抗摔率为96%,草捆密度为170 kg/m^(3),可以打出质量更好的草捆,方便二次运输。In order to ensure the stability of the transport quality of straw after baling,it is necessary to wrap the surface of straw after compression.The netting mechanism of straw square baling machine is designed and researched,and a netting mechanism of straw square baling machine is developed,which can realize the automatic netting of straw during the baling process,including conveying mechanism,compression mechanism and netting mechanism.The working principle and working process of the mechanism are emphatically described,and the 3D software is used to model and make a prototype for field test.The results of comprehensive analysis show that the machine has stable operation,good performance and stable structure,and each bundling index meets the requirements of use.The baling rate,regular baling rate,anti-fall rate and bale density of the baling machine were tested before and after the opening of the net binding function.The test results of the opening of the net binding function showed that the bale rate was 99.4%,the regular bale rate was 98%,the anti-fall rate was 96%,and the bale density was 170 kg/m^(3),which can produce better quality bales and facilitate secondary transportation.
