摘 要:针对水稻烘干的应用场景,为提升闭式热泵干燥CHPD系统的单位能耗除湿量SMER,设计2种回热方式,通过配置回热器对干燥室出口湿空气和辅助冷凝器出口制冷剂进行预冷和余热回收。建立各式CHPD系统的热力学模型,计算其热力学特性,并进行敏感性分析和对比分析。结果表明,2种回热方式使得无回热的CHPD系统的SMER分别提升0.46 kg/kWh和0.50 kg/kWh。此外,二者能够实现良性的耦合,在不同的干燥室入口和出口温度组合下,耦合2种回热方式的CHPD系统的SMER平均提升量为0.85 kg/kWh。In order to improve the specific moisture extraction rate(SMER)of the closed-cycle heat pump drying(CHPD)system,two heat recovery methods are designed for the application scenario of rice drying,which are equipped with a regenerator to pre-cool and recover waste heat from the moist air at the outlet of the drying chamber and the refrigerant at the outlet of the auxiliary condenser.The thermodynamic models of various CHPD systems were established,their thermodynamic characteristics were calculated,and sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis were conducted.The results show that the two heat recovery methods improve the SMER of the CHPD system without heat recovery by 0.46 kg/kWh and 0.50 kg/kWh,respectively.Moreover,the two can achieve a benign coupling,and the average SMER improvement of the CHPD system coupled with the two heat recovery methods is 0.85 kg/kWh at different drying chamber inlet and outlet temperature combinations.
