摘  要:利用SEM、物理化学相分析、盐雾腐蚀试验及力学性能测试等方法,研究了Cu-Sb添加对回火态9Cr钢的显微组织、氯离子腐蚀性能以及强韧性的影响。结果表明,回火温度调控9Cr钢耐蚀性的规律为:810℃>730℃>780℃,添加Cu-Sb后满足相同的规律。添加Cu-Sb后回火态9Cr钢的盐雾腐蚀失重明显减小,强度显著提高,塑性略微降低,但730℃回火后发生沿晶断裂,升高回火温度至780℃以上可避开脆性区。The influences of Cu-Sb addition on the microstructure,chloride ion corrosion performance,as well as strength and toughness of tempered 9Cr steel were studied via SEM,physicochemical phase analysis,salt spray corrosion test,and mechanical properties test.The results show that the law of regulating the corrosion resistance of 9Cr steel by tempering is as follows:810℃>730℃>780℃,and the same law is satisfied after adding Cu-Sb.After adding Cu-Sb,the salt spray corrosion weight loss of tempered 9Cr steel is significantly reduced,the strength is significantly increased,and the plasticity is slightly reduced.However,intergranular fracture occurs after tempering at 730℃.Increasing the tempering temperature to above 780℃can avoid the brittle zone.
