新型卸料车在烧结配料室的应用与实践

摘　　要：向烧结配料室运送混匀料常采用带电液翻板的传统卸料车,当物料粘性大、运量大时会造成电液翻板无法打开或断轴,导致生产事故的发生。新型卸料车采用移动四通分料器替代电液翻板,解决了传统卸料车分料时出现的问题,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,为卸料车输送大运量、高粘度物料提供了新思路。The traditional discharge truck with an electrio-hydraulic flip plate is often used to transport mixed materials to the sintering batching room.When the material viscosity is high and the transportation volume is large,it can cause the electrio-hydraulic flip plate to fail to open or the shaft to break,leading to production accidents.The new type of unloading truck adopts a mobile four-way distributor instead of the electrio-hydraulic flip plate,which solves the problems that occur when traditional unloading trucks discharge materials.It has achieved good results in practical applications and provided a new idea for unloading trucks to transport large volume and high viscosity materials.
