摘  要:通过对冶炼GCr15-K、100Cr6等高端轴承钢生产数据进行分析,从源头控制钛元素的来源,根据冶炼过程中钛反应的热力学规律,通过采取对钢包条件严格要求和钢包“涮洗”,选用[Ti]≤0.050%的铁水进行生产,用中碳铬铁代替低钛高碳铬铁,高纯硅铁代替硅铁,金属锰代替高碳锰铁,严格控制转炉出钢下渣和执行炉后扒渣等工艺,使GCr15-K、100Cr6等高端轴承钢中钛含量控制在0.0007%~0.0012%,整体产品质量得到提高,能够满足高端客户的技术要求。By analyzing the production data of high-end bearing steels such as GCr15-K and 100Cr6,Ti is controlled from the source,based on the thermodynamic law of titanium reaction during the smelting process,strict requirements for ladle conditions and ladle“washing”are adopted,and molten iron with[Ti]≤0.050%is selected for production,medium carbon ferrochrome is used instead of low titanium high carbon ferrochrome,high-purity ferrosilicon is used instead of ferrosilicon,metallic manganese is used instead of high carbon ferromanganese,the processes of converter slag tapping and slag skimming are strictly controlled,so that the Ti content in high-end bearing steels such as GCr15-K and 100Cr6 is controlled within 0.0007%~0.012%.The product quality is improved and can meet the technical requirements of high-end customers.
