葛地生津丸在热盛津伤型糖尿病患者糖代谢控制中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨热盛津伤型糖尿病患者糖代谢控制中葛地生津丸的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月无锡市第二中医院收治的100例热盛津伤型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,各50例。常规组进行常规治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上进行葛地生津丸治疗。比较两组血糖水平、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率、治疗有效率。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、主症评分、次症评分、兼症评分均低于常规组,治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热盛津伤型糖尿病患者在常规治疗基础上加入葛地生津丸,可改善患者的糖代谢水平,提高治疗有效率,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,安全性较高。Objective To explore the application effect of Gedi Shengjin Pills in the control of glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus with heat and fluid injury.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,100 patients with diabetes mellitus with heat and fluid injury admitted to Wuxi No.2 Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Gedi Shengjin Pill on the basis of the routine group.The blood glucose level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,main symptom score,secondary symptom score and concurrent symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group,the effective rate was higher than that of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The addition of Gedi Shengjin Pills on the basis of routine treatment can improve the level of glucose metabolism,improve the effective rate of treatment,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions,with high safety.
