摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)控糖治疗中甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联用治疗安全性及对胰岛功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月张家港澳洋医院收治的112例T2DM患者作为研究对象,通过治疗方法的不同分为常规组(n=56,甘精胰岛素治疗)、观察组(n=56,甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联用治疗),对比两组胰岛功能、血糖水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组胰岛β细胞功能指数高于常规组,胰岛素抵抗指数、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论T2DM应用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联用方案,可改善胰岛功能并提升控糖效果,药物应用安全性较高。Objective To explore the safety of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on islet function.Methods A total of 112 patients with T2DM admitted to Zhangjiagang Aoyang Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group(n=56,insulin glargine treatment)and observation group(n=56,insulin glargine combined with acarbose treatment)according to different treatment methods.The islet function,blood glucose levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the isletβcell function index of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the insulin resistance index,glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and fasting plasma glucose levels were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin glargine and acarbose in T2DM can improve islet function and promote glucose control,and the safety of drug application is high.
