柔肝化纤颗粒对2型糖尿病合并乙肝肝硬化患者血糖水平、胰岛功能、肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)肝硬化患者接受柔肝化纤颗粒治疗对血糖水平、胰岛功能、肝功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月望奎县中医院收治的60例2型糖尿病合并乙肝肝硬化患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分对照组、观察组,各30例。两组患者均接受抗病毒、降血糖、护肝等常规治疗方案,观察组在此基础上联合柔肝化纤颗粒治疗。对比两组患者血糖水平、胰岛功能、肝功能。结果干预后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论柔肝化纤颗粒治疗可有效改善2型糖尿病合并乙肝肝硬化患者的肝功能,恢复胰岛细胞功能并达到更为良好的血糖控制效果。Objective To analyze the effects of Rougan Huaxian Granules on blood glucose level,islet function and liver function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to Wangkui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received conventional treatment regimens such as antiviral,hypoglycemic,and liver protection,and the observation group was combined with Rougan Huaxian Granules on this basis.The blood glucose levels,islet function and liver function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the insulin resistance index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the isletβcell function index was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of alanine aminolransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Rougan Huaxian Granules treatment can effectively improve the liver function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hepatitis B cirrhosis,restore islet cell function and achieve better blood glucose control effect.
