二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30注射液在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的治疗效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30注射液在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者中的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2021年1月—2024年1月石首市妇幼保健院收治的80例GDM患者作为研究对象,通过不同的治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。常规组仅接受门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗,探究组在常规组基础上额外应用二甲双胍进行治疗。比较两组血糖水平、症状积分及并发症发生情况。结果治疗3周后,探究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及症状积分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30注射液在GDM患者中的治疗效果优于单独使用门冬胰岛素30注射液,不仅能够更有效地改善不适症状,控制血糖水平,并降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 injection in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 patients with GDM admitted to Shishou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was only treated with insulin aspart 30 injection,and the exploration group was treated with metformin on the basis of the conventional group.The blood glucose levels,symptom scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c levels and symptom scores in the exploration group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the exploration group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 injection in GDM patients is better than that of insulin aspart 30 injection alone.It can not only improve the symptoms of discomfort,control the blood glucose levels,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
