健康行为互动模式护理干预在肥胖型2型糖尿病患者管理中的应用与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨健康行为互动模式护理干预在肥胖型2型糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月南京市江宁医院就诊的75例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为两组。常规组(37例)接受常规护理干预,观察组(38例)接受健康行为互动模式护理干预。对比两组血糖水平、血脂水平、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康行为互动模式护理干预在肥胖型2型糖尿病患者管理中应用效果显著,能够有效降低患者的血糖和血脂水平,并提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of health behavior interactive mode nursing intervention in the management of obese Patients with 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 75 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The routine group(37 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(38 cases)received health behavior interaction mode nursing intervention.The blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in routine group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of health behavior interaction mode nursing intervention in the management of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,which can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
