摘　　要：目的探究同质化护理应用于糖尿病患者护理中对糖代谢水平及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年1月罗定市中医院收治的100例糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据不同护理措施分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)、研究组(n=50,常规护理基础上加入同质化护理)。比较两组糖代谢水平、生活质量及自我管理能力。结果护理6个月后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理6个月后,研究组生活质量及自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论同质化护理应用于糖尿病患者护理中,控糖效果显著,生活质量及自我管理能力均有所提高。Objective To explore the effect of homogenization nursing on the level of glucose metabolism and quality of life in the nursing of diabetic patients.Methods The clinical data of 100 diabetic patients admitted to Luoding Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into control group(n=50,routine nursing)and study group(n=50,homogenization nursing on the basis of routine nursing).The levels of glucose metabolism,quality of life and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of nursing,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the scores of quality of life and self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of homogenization nursing in the nursing of diabetic patients has a significant effect on glucose control,and the quality of life and self-management ability have been improved.
