胫骨横向骨搬移与负压引流技术在糖尿病足治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析胫骨横向骨搬移术与负压引流技术在糖尿病足治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2024年8月咸宁市第一人民医院收治的60例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,通过不同治疗方法分为常规组(n=40,接受负压引流术治疗)、探究组(n=20,接受胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗)。对比两组症状评分、炎性因子水平及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,探究组足部疼痛不适、感觉异常、皮肤干燥与皲裂、间歇性跛行症状评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,探究组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8及血管内皮生长因子水平优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胫骨横向骨搬移术在改善糖尿病足症状和控制炎症反应方面展现出优于负压引流术的效果,且两种方法在安全性上相当。Objective To analyze the application effect of transverse tibial bone transport and negative pressure drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From January 2019 to August 2024,60 patients with diabetic foot treated in Xianning First People's Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group(n=40,treated with negative pressure drainage)and inquiry group(n=20,treated with transverse tibial bone transport)by different treatment methods.The symptom scores,inflammatory factor levels and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the foot pain and discomfort,paresthesia,dry and chapped skin,intermittent claudication symptom scores of the inquiry group were lower than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and vascular endothelial growth factor in the inquiry group were better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Transverse tibial bone transport is superior to negative pressure drainage in improving the symptoms of diabetic foot and controlling inflammatory response,and the two methods are equivalent in safety.
