老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者使用硝酸甘油治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏(简称冠心病)患者使用硝酸甘油治疗的效果。方法 非随机选取2022年11月—2023年11月枣庄市精神卫生中心收治的92例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法为两组,每组46例。基础组行常规治疗,探究组加用硝酸甘油治疗。比较两组血脂指标、临床疗效、心血管事件总发生发生率、不良反应发生率。结果 探究组血脂指标优于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组总有效率为97.83%(45/46),高于基础组的84.78%(39/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.929,P<0.05)。探究组心血管事件总发生率低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组不良反应总发生率低于基础组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 硝酸甘油治疗老年冠心病患者能减少心血管事件,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effects of treatment with nitroglycerin in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart.Methods Ninety-two cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zaozhuang Mental Health Center were selected non-randomly from November 2022 to November 2023 as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty-six cases in each group.The basic group was treated with conventional treatment,and the exploratory group was treated with nitroglycerin.Compared the two groups of lipid indexes,clinical efficacy,cardiovascular event rate,adverse reaction rate.Results The lipid indicators of the exploratory group were better than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the exploratory group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than that of the basic group,which was 84.78%(39/46),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.929,P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular events in the exploratory group was lower than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the exploratory group was lower than that in the basic group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin treatment of elderly patients with coronary artery disease reduces cardiovascular events and is safe.
