无痛分娩技术对产妇分娩阵痛及产程的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析无痛分娩技术对产妇分娩阵痛及产程的影响。方法 非随机选取2020年1月—2023年8月徐州和平妇产医院收治的78例产妇,按分娩方式不同分为对照组(39例,采取常规分娩技术)、观察组(39例,采取无痛分娩技术)。对比两组产妇不同产程的疼痛程度、产程时间、分娩结局及母婴结局。结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程的疼痛评分为(4.16±0.97)分、(3.92±0.82)分、(3.39±0.34)分,均低于对照组的(7.09±1.38)分、(6.23±1.10)分、(4.75±0.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.848、10.514、9.277,P均<0.05)。观察组各产程时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组母婴不良结局发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 无痛分娩技术有助于减轻产妇分娩阵痛,缩短产程时间,提升自然分娩率,改善母婴结局。Objective To analyze the effect of painless delivery technology on labor pains and labor process of parturients.Methods Seventy-eight cases of parturients admitted to Xuzhou Heping Maternity Hospital(from January 2020 to August 2023)were non-randomly selected and divided into control group(thirty-nine cases with conventional delivery technology)and observation group(thirty-nine cases with painless delivery technology)according to different delivery techniques.Compare pain degree,labor time,delivery outcome and maternal and infant outcome of different stages of labor between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the first,second and third stages of labor were 4.16±0.97,3.92±0.82,3.39±0.34 in the observation group,lower than 7.09±1.38,6.23±1.10 and 4.75±0.85 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.848,10.514,9.277,all P<0.05).The observation group′s duration of labor were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group′s natural delivery rate was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant between two groups in incidence of adverse outcomes(P>0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can help alleviate labor pains,shorten labor time,increase natural delivery rate and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
