摘  要:帕金森病是一种以黑质多巴胺能神经元凋亡为主要病理特征的神经系统退行性疾病,其导致的运动症状和非运动症状影响了患者的生活质量。丹参酮作为丹参的提取物,可以通过多种机制发挥神经保护作用,已有动物研究证实其在帕金森病治疗中的潜在益处。PI3K/Akt通路是一条重要的抗细胞凋亡信号转导通路,在抗氧化和保护脑内神经元方面具有重要意义。然而,丹参酮是否通过影响PI3K/Akt通路发挥其神经保护作用仍需进一步研究。此外,丹参酮改善帕金森病的其他分子机制和信号通路等也亟待探索,这对于延缓疾病进展及改善帕金森病患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Parkinson′s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized primarily by the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra,leading to motor and non-motor symptoms that significantly impact the quality of life of patients.Danshensu,an extract of Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza),exerts neuroprotective effects through various mechanisms,and animal studies have demonstrated its potential benefits in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease.The PI3K/Akt pathway is a critical anti-apoptotic signaling pathway that plays a significant role in antioxidant defense and the protection of neurons in the brain.However,whether Danshensu exerts its neuroprotective effects by modulating the PI3K/Akt pathway remains to be further investigated.Additionally,other molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways through which Danshensu may improve Parkinson′s disease are yet to be explored,which is crucial for delaying disease progression and enhancing the quality of life of Parkinson′s disease patients.
