腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术治疗胃溃疡合并胃穿孔患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术(LGPR)治疗胃溃疡(GU)并胃穿孔(GP)患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年1月仁怀市人民医院收治的98例GU合并GP患者的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各49例。对照组采用开腹穿孔修补术(OGP)治疗,研究组采用LGPR治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况以及术后疼痛程度。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的22.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后30d,两组疼痛数字评分法评分均低于术前1 d,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LGPR治疗GU合并GP患者有利于提高临床治疗效果、降低术后并发症发生率以及缓解术后疼痛程度。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation(LGPR)in the treatment of gastric ulcer(GU)and gastric perforation(GP).Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with GU combined with GP admitted to Renhuai People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open perforation repair(OGP),the study group was treated with LGPR.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.12%,lower than 22.45%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Thirty days after surgery,the Numerical Rating scal score of both groups was lower than that of the 1 day before surgery,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:LGPR in the treatment of GU patients with GP is beneficial to improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and relieve the degree of postoperative pain.
