全膝关节置换术联合富血小板血浆对创伤性膝关节炎患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨全膝关节置换术联合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗创伤性膝关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月淄博高新(田氏)骨伤医院收治的88例创伤性膝关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组行全膝关节置换术,研究组在对照组基础上联合PRP治疗。对比两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分和并发症发生情况。结果:术后2周,两组VAS评分均低于术前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组HSS膝关节功能各个维度评分均高于术前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术联合PRP治疗创伤性膝关节炎,有助于缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of total knee replacement combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with traumatic knee arthritis.Methods:A total of 88 patients with traumatic knee arthritis admitted to Zibo Gaoxin(Tian’s)Bone Injury Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received total knee arthroplasty,and the study group was treated with PRP on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS),the knee function score of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)in New York and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Two weeks after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the scores of HSS knee joint function in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty combined with PRP in the treatment of traumatic knee arthritis is helpful to relieve pain,improve knee function,and has high safety.
