高压氧联合康复锻炼对创伤性颅脑损伤患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察创伤性颅脑损伤患者采用高压氧联合康复锻炼的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月—2023年2月五莲县人民医院收治的100例创伤性颅脑损伤患者临床资料,依据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采用高压氧治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用康复训练治疗。对比两组神经功能、认知功能、生活质量、运动功能、肢体功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于对照组,洛文斯顿认知评定成套量表、简易精神状态量表、记忆商评分、Fungl-Meyer运动功能评分量表、世界卫生组织生活质量量表评分均高于对照组,Brunnstrom分级情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单独应用高压氧治疗,高压氧联合康复锻炼应用于创伤性颅脑损伤患者的治疗中效果更好,可有效地改善患者的神经功能、认知功能、生活质量、运动功能和肢体功能。Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation exercise in patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury admitted to Wulian County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a control group and a study group with 50 cases in each group according to different rehabilitation methods.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,the study group was treated with routine rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Neurological function,cognitive function,quality of life,motor function,limb function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the score of the Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment,Mini-Mental State Examination,Memory Quotient,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 were higher than those of the control group,Brunnstrom classification was better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone,hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation exercise has better rehabilitation effect of patients with traumatic brain injury,can effectively improve the neurological function,cognitive function,quality of life,motor function and limb function of patients.
