抗骨增生胶囊联合玻璃酸钠注射液腔内注射治疗老年退行性膝关节炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者采用抗骨增生胶囊联合玻璃酸钠注射液腔内注射方案治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2023年7月天津医院康复科收治的90例老年KOA患者资料,依据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液腔内注射治疗,研究组采用玻璃酸钠注射液腔内注射联合抗骨质增生胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效、关节功能、疼痛程度、炎症水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组西安大略省和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数、视觉模拟评分法评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,两组Harris髋关节功能评分量表评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、环氧合酶-2水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.88%,相较于对照组的11.11%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗骨质增生胶囊联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射在老年KOA治疗中,疗效显著,可有效发挥缓解疼痛、改善关节功能的效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Anti-Osteoplasia Capsule combined with Sodium hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Data of 90 elderly patients with KOA admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation in Tianjin Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with anti-osseous hyperplasia capsule.The clinical efficacy,joint function,pain degree,inflammation level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index and Visual Analogue Score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the Harris Hip Function Rating Scale scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Interleukin-1,Interleukin-6 and Cyclooxygenase-2 in two groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.88%,compared with 11.11%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-Osteoplasia Capsule combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of senile KOA has significant curative effect,which can effectively relieve pain and improve joint function.
