摘　　要：目的:探究针刺加特定电磁波联合骨痛灵酊治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果及对疼痛的缓解作用。方法:选择2023年1—11月毕节市中医医院收治的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法将其分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=32),对照组采用普通针刺联合特定电磁波治疗,研究组在此对照组基础上联合骨痛灵酊治疗。对比两组腰椎功能障碍、腰椎疼痛程度、治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,研究组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数及疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加特定电磁波联合骨痛灵酊治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果显著,不仅能缓解患者腰椎疼痛,还能改善患者腰椎功能。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture plus specific electromagnetic wave combined with Gutongling Tincture in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and pain relief.Methods:A total of 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation from January to November 2023 admitted to Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=32)by random double-blind method.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture plus specific electromagnetic wave,and the study group was treated with Gutongling Tincture on the basis of the control group.Lumbar dysfunction,pain degree and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the the scores of Oswestry Disability Index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus specific electromagnetic wave combined with Gutongling Tincture has a remarkable effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation.It can not only improve their lumbar function,but also alleviate their lumbar pain.
