夹脊穴温针灸联合循经取穴推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析夹脊穴温针灸配合循经取穴推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年3月临沂市中心医院收治的98例LDH患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用夹脊穴温针灸联合循经取穴推拿治疗,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎活动度、腰椎功能及生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的疼痛程度及Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组腰椎屈伸、侧屈、旋转活动度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量综合评定问卷中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夹脊穴温针灸联合循经取穴推拿应用于LDH患者的治疗中效果良好,能够缓解患者疼痛程度,提升腰椎活动度,利于腰椎功能改善,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jiaji point warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with selecting acupoint along channel massage in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 98 LDH patients admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medicine treatment,the study group was treated with Jiaji point warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with selecting acupoint along channel massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,lumbar motion,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree score and Oswestry Disability Index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lumbar flexion and extension,lateral flexion and rotation of the study group were bigger than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function score,psychological function score,social function score and material life status score of in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaji point warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with selecting acupoint along channel massage have good effect in the treatment of LDH patients,can alleviate the pain degree of patients,improve the lumbar motion,improve the function of the lumbar spine,and improve the quality of life.
