摘　　要：“人类卫生健康共同体”是习近平总书记在新冠疫情关键时期提出的全球抗疫新主张。中医药由于疫情中的突出表现和重要贡献,成为构建人类卫生健康共同体的重要载体,被赋予了造福人类健康的新使命,国际化中医药人才培养也面临着“厚基础、重创新、通人文、善交流”等多维需求。立足于构建人类卫生健康共同体的新时代背景与需求,探索“三育一体、多维融合”的国际化中医药人才培养模式,以期为创新性培养符合时代需求的高素质复合型国际化中医药人才提供有益参考和借鉴。“Community of common health for mankind”is a new idea proposed by President Xi Jinping in the critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic.Due to the outstanding performance and important contribution in epidemic prevention and control,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become an important carrier of building a community of health for all and has been given a new mission to promote global health.Therefore,the training of international TCM talents is now facing multi-dimensional social needs,including“solider professional foundation,stronger innovation ability,better knowledge of humanities,more excellent communication and collaboration skills”.Based on the background and needs of the new era of building a community of health for all,this paper tries to explore a new training model for international TCM talents,namely the“Three-in-one education and multi-dimensional integration”,so as to provide effective reference for the innovation and cultivation of high-quality compound international TCM talents that meet the needs of the new era.
