摘  要:目的:对川芎消肿止痛膏的化学成分进行快速分析与鉴定。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆/飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)技术对川芎消肿止痛膏中主要的化学成分进行系统分析,根据正负离子模式质谱扫描提供的化合物一级母离子及二级子离子并结合现有文献,对川芎消肿止痛膏中的各类化学成分进行鉴定并归属其化学成分的中药来源。结果:最终共鉴定出65个主要化学成分,包括黄酮类15个,有机酸类13个,醌类10个,苯酞类7个,萜类9个,生物碱类3个,甾体类2个及其他化合物4个。结论:首次使用UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS技术对川芎消肿止痛膏的主要成分进行定性分析,为其质量控制及临床应用提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster.Methods:The main chemical components of Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster were systematically analyzed according to the parent ions and product ions provided by positive and negative ion mode based on UPLC-Q/TOF-MS/MS,and combined with existing literature.Components were assigned to the traditional Chinese medicine.Results:65 components were identified or characterized:15 flavonoids,13 phenolic acids,10 quinones,7 phthalides,9 terpenoids,3 alkaloid,2 steroid and 4 others.Conclusion:In this study,UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS technology was used for the first time to qualitatively analyze the main components of Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster,which provided a scientific basis for its quality control and clinical application.
