参地补肾接骨胶囊联合中药熏蒸治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参地补肾接骨胶囊联合中药熏蒸治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者术后的临床疗效。方法:将芜湖市中医医院2022年9月-2023年8月收治的符合标准的OVCF患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。两组患者均由同组医师行经皮椎体成形术(PVP),对照组术后口服维D2磷葡钙片,每次2片,3次/d;口服骨化三醇胶丸,每次1粒,1次/d。观察组术后在对照组基础上加服参地补肾接骨胶囊联合骨科熏洗Ⅰ号方进行熏蒸治疗,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估腰背部疼痛程度,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估腰椎功能,分别于术前、术后1周、术后4周进行评估,采用疗效观察评价表评估临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分、ODI指数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周、4周观察组VAS评分及ODI指数下降幅度高于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:参地补肾接骨胶囊联合中药熏蒸治疗OVCF术后患者,可针对肾虚血瘀证型的OVCF展开有效治疗,加速患者术后骨折愈合,有效缓解术后疼痛,改善腰椎功能,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Shendi Bushen Jigu Capsule combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:60 patients with OVCF who met the criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)was performed by the same group of physicians in both groups.The control group was orally administered vitamin D2 gluconate tablets after surgery,2 tablets each time,3 times a day;Oral calcitriol capsules,1 capsule each time,once a day.The observation group was fumigated with Shendi Bushen Jigu capsule combined with orthopedic fumigation prescriptionⅠafter the operation on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale of pain(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of low back pain The Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)assessed lumbar function before surgery,1 week after surgery,and 4 weeks after surgery.The clinical efficacy was evaluated using the observation scale.Results:There were significant differences in VAS score and ODI index between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The VAS score and ODI index of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group at 1 week and 4 weeks after the operation(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shendi Bushshen Jigu capsule combined with Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively treat OVCF patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,accelerate postoperative fracture healing,effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve lumbar function,and have significant clinical efficacy.
