陈达灿教授辨治内分泌代谢相关皮肤病思路探析

摘  要:总结陈达灿教授辨治内分泌代谢相关皮肤病的临证思路与经验。陈教授通过多年临床观察与实践,认为其基本病机为脾肾功能失调,湿热痰瘀风互结。在治疗方面,坚持辨病与辨证相结合,以恢复脾肾阴阳平衡为法,灵活运用清热利湿、健脾渗湿、燥湿化瘀、滋阴除湿、温阳化湿、祛风除湿、柔肝化湿等“祛湿八法”。并附验案一则,以期为临床辨治内分泌代谢相关皮肤病提供一种新的诊疗思路。Professor Chen Dacan's clinical ideas and experience in treating dermatoses related to endocrine and metabolism were summarized.Based on years of clinical observation and practice,Professor Chen believes that“dysfunction of the spleen and kidney”“damp-heat”“phlegm”“blood stasis”and“wind”mutual knots are key to its pathogenesis.In terms of clinical treatment,adhere to the combination of disease identification and syndrome differentiation,and restoring the balance of Yin and Yang of the spleen and kidney as a method.Besides,the“eight methods of removing dampness”were flexibly used in treatment,such as clearing heat and dampness,invigorating the spleen to relieve dampness,removing dampness and blood stasis,nourishing yin and removing dampness,warming Yang and reducing dampness,dispelling wind and dampness and soothing the liver.A clinical test case is attached to provide a new treatment idea for endocrine and metabolism-related skin diseases.
