摘　　要：丁定明副主任医师基于六郁理论,以气郁为先、痰郁为重,六郁相因相化,其核心病机为脾虚肝郁,气机不畅。治疗当重视中焦脾胃,以疏肝健脾、调畅气机,化痰解郁为基本治则。在针灸治疗过程中应遵循经络腧穴理论,辨证选穴,灵活加减,配合针刺补泻手法,可依据病情适当选用方剂,并辅以头针、耳穴压豆等综合治疗,其为针灸治疗郁证提供新思路。Based on the theory of“Six Depression”,Ding believes that Qi depression comes first,phlegm depression causes heavier symptoms,and the six depressions include each other.The core pathogenesis is because the Qi of the spleen is deficient and the Qi of the liver is obstructed,Qi transportation is not smooth.The treatment should be valued for the spleen and stomach.Combining the Qi of the liver and spleen,reducing phlegm,and relieving depression seem to be the basic treatment principles.When therapy,acupuncture should follow the theory of meridians and acupoints.According to the different syndrome,flexible addition and subtraction will change the selection of acupoints.To Combine with tonifying and reducing methods of acupuncture.Prescriptions can be selected appropriately depending on the development of the disease,at the same time,comprehensive treatment such as scalp acupuncture and auricular point bean pressing can be applied,which provides a new idea for the treatment of depression syndrome with acupuncture.
