摘　　要：郑仲华主任医师治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病临床经验丰富,认为此病发病机制以气阴两虚为主,病及脾肾,痰湿热瘀内生,终致阴阳两虚、浊毒损肾。在临床中,郑仲华主任医师重视内外治法联用,提出“补脾肾、清浊毒”,联合中药直肠滴入治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的理论体系。内治法强调扶正祛邪,扶正以益气养阴为主,重视顾护阳气;祛邪以化浊解毒为要,活血通络贯穿治疗全程;外治法以中药直肠滴入通腑泄浊解毒,临床实践中疗效满意。总结郑仲华主任医师对糖尿病肾脏疾病的治疗经验,以供参考。Zheng Zhonghua,the chief physician,has rich clinical experience in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,and believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly due to the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,which affects the spleen and kidney,and phlegm,dampness,heat,and blood stasis are endogenous,leading to the deficiency of both Yin and Yang,and the damage of kidney caused by the turbid toxin.In clinical practice,she attached importance to the combination of internal and external treatment.She put forward the theoretical system of“invigorating the spleen and kidney,clearing turbid toxin”combined with the rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney disease.The internal treatment method emphasizes strengthening the body's resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors,the main focus of strengthening the body is to nourish Qi and Yin,while also valuing the care and protection of Yang Qi;the key to eliminating pathogenic factors is to dispel turbidity and detoxify,promoting blood circulation and unblocking meridians throughout the entire treatment process;the external treatment method involves using traditional Chinese medicine to drip into the rectum to clear the intestines,relieve turbidity,and detoxify.The curative effect was satisfactory in clinical practice.Now,Chief Physician Zheng Zhonghua's experience in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy is summarized for exchange and learning.
