摘　　要：传统医学是全人类的共同财富,在现代医学和传统医学融合发展的趋势下,以及单一医疗体系治疗不充分、主流西方医学解决人体健康问题证据不充分等挑战下,对玛雅医学等传统医学的研究可作为建立多元医学体系的重要内容之一。通过对玛雅药用植物疗法的临床应用和现代科学解释进行总结,归纳玛雅药物植物疗法的治疗原理、炮制方法、单位药物或方剂的应用解释、治疗某类疾病的药物总述等方面,可展示玛雅药用植物疗法的科学性、温和性、系统性,提高公众对玛雅传统医药的认识和接受度,为进一步研究美洲传统医学提供参考依据。Traditional medicine is the common wealth of all mankind.Under the challenges such as integrated development trend of modern medicine and traditional medicine,inadequate treatment of single medical system and the insufficient evidence of mainstream western medicine to solve human health problems,researches on traditional medicine such as Mayan medicine can be an important part of the establishment of multi-medical system.By means of summarizing clinical applications of Mayan medicinal plant therapy and its modern scientific interpretation,concluding treatment principles,processing methods,unit or compound drugs'effects and drugs that targets certain diseases,it can demonstrate the scientific,gentle and systematic nature of Mayan medicinal plant therapy,improving public's understanding and acceptance of Mayan traditional medicine,providing a reference for scholars who further study American traditional medicine.
