金线莲化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：金线莲是兰科开唇兰属多年生草本植物,主要生长于广西、福建、浙江等地,又称之为金耳环、金线虎头蕉、金丝线等,外观呈小巧金黄色叶片,网状叶脉。金线莲作为一个药食同源的草本植物而广泛地应用于中国民间,该研究对金线莲活性成分的提取方法以及药理作用进行综述,结果发现金线莲提取物中主要含有黄酮类、多糖类、挥发油类、生物碱类、甾体类化合物等成分,这些成分的提取方法多种多样。金线莲主要药理作用包括抗感染、降血糖、心血管保护、抑瘤、降脂、抗氧化、保肝脏和免疫调节作用等。对金线莲活性成分提取方式及生物活性进行了总结,为金线莲的进一步开发和推广应用提供参考。Anoectochilus roxburghii is a perennial herb from Anoectochilus,Orchidaceae,which mainly grows in Guangxi,Fujian,Zhejiang and other places.It is also called Jinerhuan,Jinxianhutoujiao,Jinsirong and others,with small golden yellow leaves and reticular veins.Anoectochilus roxburghii,as a herbaceous plant with medicine food homology,is widely used in Chinese folk.In this study,the extraction methods and pharmacological effects of the active components from Anoectochilus roxburghii were reviewed.The results showed that the extracts of Anoectochilus roxburghii mainly contained flavonoids,polysaccharides,volatile oils,alkaloids,steroids and other components,and there were various extraction methods of these components.The main pharmacological effects of Anoectochilus roxburghii include anti-infection,hypoglycemic activity,cardiovascular protection,tumor inhibition,lipid-lowering,antioxidation,liver protection and immune regulation.In this paper,the extraction methods and biological activities of active components from Anoectochilus roxburghii were summarized,so as to provide reference for further development and popularization of Anoectochilus roxburghii.
