摘 要:露天矿山胶带排岩系统的破碎站移设不仅关系到矿山的工艺布置,也关系到矿山的盈利能力,对矿山破碎站的位置选择一方面应结合矿山的工艺布置综合考虑,也应对不同方案的投资、经营费用等进行综合比较,才能得出最优的移设方案。某矿山通过对胶带排岩系统破碎站移设方案进行综合技术经济比较,选择了技术方案和经济效益均最优的方案,效果良好。The relocation of the crushing station in the rock-discharging belt conveyor system in open-pit mines not only has a bearing on the process layout of the mine,but also on the profitability of the mine.The selection of the location of the crushing station in the mine should be comprehensively considered based on the process layout of the mine,and the investment and operating costs of different relocation schemes,which are compared comprehensively so as to obtain the optimal relocation scheme.Through a comprehensive technical and economic comparison of the relocation schemes for the crushing station of the rock-discharging belt conveyor system in a open-pit mine,the scheme with the best technical and economic benefits is selected,and it achieves good effects.
