摘  要:在烧结球团生产中含湿含尘废气除尘技术的研究基础上,分析含湿含尘废气干式除尘技术的优缺点,提供一套混风设计理论计算方法及流程,介绍一种新型混风装置,设计一套烧结工程制粒室干式除尘系统,该项技术研究能够解决干式除尘在含湿含尘废气除尘技术应用上的弊端,促进该领域除尘技术的发展。Based on the research of dedusting technology for wet and dusty exhaust gas produced in the production of sinters and pellets,the advantages and disadvantages of dry dedusting technology for wet and dusty exhaust gas are analyzed in this paper.A set of theoretical calculation methods and processes for mixed air design is provided,a new type of mixed air device is introduced,and a dry dedusting system for granulation building in sintering projects is designed.The research of this technology can solve the disadvantages of dry dedusting in the application of wet and dusty exhaust gas and promote the development of dedusting technology in this field.
