摘　　要：揭示大数据时代图书馆服务创新知识资源体系的方法与应用的内容特征,可提升图书馆服务的个性化、精准化水平,以及更好地满足用户多样化的信息需求和知识服务。以《大数据时代图书馆服务体系的创新与发展》一书中第七章的文本内容为例,从纵向与横向两个方面分析了适用于图书馆服务创新的方法与内容:在纵向内容分析方面,通过定性内容分析法从学科评价、学科主题、学科交叉、学科团队4个方面揭示了大数据背景下图书馆服务创新知识资源体系的方法与多维应用;在横向内容分析方面,根据TF-IDF文本加权技术与LDA模型的主题提取结果,进一步明确了大数据时代图书馆服务创新知识资源体系的评价方法、评价对象、评价指标、期刊评价、学科交叉和网络分析等6个关键领域。以期为大数据时代图书馆服务体系的方法论提供理解和应用的指导。Revealing the content characteristics of the methods and application of library service innovation of knowl-edge resource system in the big data era can improve the personalization and precision level of library services,and better meet the diversified information needs and knowledge services of users.Using Chapter 7 of the book Innovation and Devel-opment of Library Service Systems in the Big Data Era as an example,this paper analyzes the methods and contents suit-able for library’s service innovation from both vertical and horizontal aspects:in aspect of the vertical content analysis,a qualitative content analysis approach is used to explore methods and multi-dimensional applications of innovative knowl-edge resource systems in library services under the big data context from four aspects of discipline evaluation,discipline topics,interdisciplinary research and disciplinary teams;and in the aspect of horizontal content analysis,using TF-IDF text weighting technology and the LDA model for topic extraction,six key areas are identified,that are evaluation meth-ods,evaluation objects,evaluation indicators,journal evaluation,interdisciplinary research and network analysis.This paper can provide guidance for understanding and applying the methodology of library service system in the big data era.
